Drink a glass of cold milkshake ( ours are Vegan ) as soon as your ride is over and start to recover from your exertions.
You need –
- A cold carton of flavoured milkshake
- A glass
- Optional – ice
To make –
- Pour milkshake into glass ( we have 1 x pint each after exercise )
- Add ice ( optional )
